Queenswood

This project for Queenswood School, delivered for Aspris, involved the full refurbishment of a tired care home building and its adjoining admin block. The aim was to transform both spaces into modern, functional classroom areas that better supported the school’s growing needs. Alongside the internal works, we also constructed a new car park to improve access and day to day operations on site.
The programme was extremely tight, with the entire project completed within just seven weeks. The first week was dedicated to safely removing the existing asbestos ceilings, allowing the rest of the refurbishment to progress without delay. Working over the summer holidays meant coordinating trades efficiently to ensure everything was ready before students returned. The team delivered a complete transformation, turning outdated facilities into bright, practical learning environments. It was a strong collective effort and a great example of what can be achieved with focused planning and commitment under a challenging timeframe.
