The Lodge

This project involved the refurbishment of both the ground floor and second floor flats at the Pinetree Hospital site for the Iris Care Group. The existing units were worn and no longer suitable for the standard of accommodation the client wanted to provide.
Our brief was to modernise each flat and introduce a warmer, more comfortable feel that moved away from the stark, clinical look of the original spaces. We focused on creating brighter interiors with softer finishes, improved lighting and a more considered layout to enhance day to day use. Working within a secure healthcare environment meant planning the programme carefully and coordinating closely with hospital staff throughout.
Our team ensured the works were carried out safely and with minimal disruption to the running of the facility. The completed flats now offer calm, welcoming environments that feel both practical and homely. Another successful upgrade delivered with care, precision and a strong focus on the people who use the space.
